Application:
This pressure valve is used to protect the hydraulic system from overloading. This valve is directly controlled.
Assembly:
P is connected to the pressure branch and T is connected to the waste (tank). P is running.
Function:
If the pressure in the branch P is higher than the set pressure on the valve spring, the valve opens and relieves the excess pressure oil into the waste and thereby reduces the pressure in the pressure branch. To adjust the pressure, it is necessary to release the locking nut at the top of the valve and screw the control screw to increase and unscrew to lower the pressure.
